How it all started...
Pastor James Petrow became the founder and Senior Pastor of House on the Rock Family Church in Bangor, PA in 1989. In 1995 HOTRFC built its new facility at its new location in Bushkill Township. House on the Rock Family Church has expanded its facilities and property over the years and now also includes Seeds of Faith which is our pre-school. During his more than 30 years in ministry, Pastor James Petrow has seen thousands saved, healed and matured through the Word of God. In May 2024, HOTRFC will celebrate its 35th Anniversary!
Expanding the vision...
It’s a great thing to be able to come together with those who are unfamiliar to us and worship the God who provides the common bond between us, even between strangers – Jesus Christ. Here at House on the Rock Family Church we are dedicated to the vision of winning souls, establishing believers and demonstrating God’s love through the preaching and teaching of God’s word and expressing his love through outreaches. We invite you to continue to worship with us and, if you do not have one, to join our church family.
Where we are headed...
One of the daily goals of House on the Rock Family Church is to help people receive and grow in their God given purpose in life. In finding that purpose, one can fully enjoy the happiness, peace, and fulfillment that God intended for every child of His.
